ELLAVILLE

I'm sure that all of you here in Ellaville /Schley County remember the large Thanksgiving dinner that was held for those without a home or for those that did not have a place to go for Thanksgiving Day dinner last year. Well we are planning on having this special Thanksgiving meal again.

First let us say that if we had not had all of your help by donating food we could not have ever fed the people we had last year. So we are asking you again to help us out by donating dishes of food, cakes, beverages and much more so we can feed these people a community dinner. We also need volunteers to help serve the food and feed the people on this day.

This will be held again from noon-2 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day in the Ellaville City Center.

If you are planning on helping us out please let Neil Snyder or The Pizza Place know by Nov. 17 so we can make special preparations for this Thanksgiving meal.

We also want the people to sign up for this special meal at the Ellaville City Center (Senior Citizens Center) that will be attending this meal. Deadline date is Nov. 17.

The Bible says to share what we have with others that are in need.

This meal is for anyone who doesn't have a place to go on Thanksgiving Day and are in need. You may eat at the center or carry it out if you wish. If you are disabled, we will be glad to deliver your meal to you; just let us know by signing up.

Ellaville-Schley County's people are the best when a special time of need arrives, and you always help us pull together where we can have a successful event.

We will make more announcements later on about this special dinner.

Please sign up at the Ellaville City Center (Senior Citizens Center). Deadline is Nov. 17.

For more information call Neil Snyder at 942-4968 or The Pizza Place at 937- 2123.
