Arrests
• Andre Vernard Ingram, 23, of 117 Ashby St., Americus is charged with having no driver’s license.
• Joseph Andrew Hagerson of 233 Joe Buchanan Road, Plains is charged with open container.
• A juvenile is charged with unruliness at a Tom Gailey Drive residence.

Incidents
• Hit and run/leaving the scene of an accident was reported at Krystal, 102 Tripp St.
• Theft by taking was reported at Subway, 1039 E. Forsyth St. According to reports, $100 was stolen.
• Curfew violation and unruly juvenile were reported at a Barlow Street residence.
• Hit and run/leaving the scene of an accident were reported at a Taylor Street residence.

• Jeremy Jamarr Watts, no age or address provided, is charged with criminal trespass. He was jailed in the Sumter County Jail.

• Rodrique Green, 34, of 911 Magnolia St., Americus is charged with probation violation. He was jailed.
• Julio Alacron, 20, of 298 Brady Road, Americus is charged with driving without a license.
• Hector Lopez Gomez, 26, of 1005 Oglethorpe Ave., Americus is charged with speeding and driving without a license.

• David Michael Touchton of Douglas is charged with seat belt violation.
• Samantha Natasha Hearon, 23, of 103 Rockdale Subdivision, Americus is charged with seat belt violation.

Incidents
• Suspicious vehicle was reported in the area of District Line Road and Ga. Highway 27.
• Animal complaint was reported at a Hooks Mill Road residence. According to reports, the complainant said there was a dog under her porch and she did not like dogs, so she wanted it gone. Animal Control was notified, and a follow-up is expected.
• Burglary was reported at a Graham Street residence in Plains.
• A 911 hang-up was reported at a Madison Street residence.
• Domestic disturbance was reported at a U.S. Highway 280 East residence.
