• Firefighters responded to traffic accidents with injuries on Lamar Road at U.S. Highway 280 East and at North Jackson and West Lamar streets. • Firefighters were involved in a general clean-up following an accident on Southerfield Road, at the railroad tracks close to Andrews Drive. • Firefighters responded to an equipment fire on Brown Small Road. • Firefighters responded to two calls for medical assistance. Americus Police Department Arrest • A juvenile was charged with simple assault, disorderly conduct and unruliness at a Lonnie Lane residence. Incidents • A wallet was reported stolen from a vehicle on Reddick Drive.
