• Joseph Flint Jr., 27, of 108 Laurel Circle, Americus is charged with simple battery.

• A juvenile is charged with battery at a Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard residence.

• Calvin Bernard Little, 31, of 504 Bessie Mays Circle, Americus is charged with disorderly conduct (second) at a Weeks Trailer Park residence.

• Lisa Daniels, 27, of 1720 Lafayette St., Americus is charged with disorderly conduct (second). She is also charged with theft by shoplifting.

• Crystal Nicole Banks, 24, of 1422 S. Lee St., Americus is charged with theft by shoplifting.

• Charlie Frank Moses, 30, of 620 Dismuke St., Americus is charged with assault.

• Nicholas Thomas Rex, 22, of 1114 Elm Ave., Americus is charged with DUI; concentration of 0.08 grams or more and failure to stop at a stop sign.
