Ross/ATR Volunteers from local churches cook and prepare meals in the “Spirit of America,” an American Red Cross (ARC) fully self-contained 53-foot trailer, designed to produce 30,000 hot “home style” meals daily from within heavily impacted disaster areas. Volunteers cooked and prepared 200 free meals Tuesday for South Georgia Technical College students to practice for a disaster situation.
