Gov. Sonny Perdue has ordered flags on all state buildings and grounds to be flown at half-staff today in honor of former U.S. Attorney Griffin Bell.

Bell died Monday at age 90 in an Atlanta hospital. He is to be buried at 11 a.m. today at Oak Grove Cemetery in his hometown of Americus.

The funeral is open to the public.
