Who is the rocket scientist that designed the recycle dumpsters behind Wal-Mart?

During the past 18 months, I've travelled through 21 states. Being an enviornment-friendly type of guy, I've done my part to recycle. The dumpsters here in Americus have to be among the worst designed and executed containers for paper, glass and plastic.

Recycling should be made user-friendly if people are expected help out. It shouldn’t be a matter of trying to slip containers through little metal "peep-holes" as though it were a national secret.

Go to the grade school and get a third grader to design the new ones.
