PERRY — Ethan Smith, Bo Minor and Ryan Singley are two wins away from being state champions.

The three advanced to Saturday's semifinals of the GISA state individuals in the 160, heavyweight and 119 weight classes.

Brandon Jones (215), Chance Isreal (125) and Matthew Garland (145) are working their way back through the loser's bracket.

Lawton Williams (152) and Andrew Alexander (189) were eliminated, and Jake Hood (103) failed to make the trip because he didn't make weight.

More to come as the state duals conclude on Saturday.
