The following health inspections were conducted recently by the Sumter County Health Department’s Office of Environmental Services.

• Tracy’s Fried Chicken, 612 N. Lee St. — April 29 — routine — score: 87 B — inspected by Jane Arnold

— Needs hand washing signs at all sinks.

— Needs to reseal loose tiles in restroom. Remove loose contact paper on walls.

— Needs thermometer to check cooking temperatures.

— Needs Employ Health Policy.

• Ruby Tuesday, 102 Lonnie Lane — May 1 — routine — score: 77 C — inspected by Arnold

— Wiping cloths need to be stored in sanitizer.

— Needs to cover foods in storage.

— Needs to keep plates/foods out of hand wash sink.

— Needs thermometer on ice cream freezer.

— Potentially hazardous foods need to be held at 41 degrees or colder.

• South Georgia Technical College, Southerfield Road — May 1 — routine — score: 83 B — inspected by Arnold

— Dishwasher not reaching temperature for rinse; needs to be 180 degrees.

— Remove deli paper from shelves.
