• Sue Rowe transferred 39.52 acres in Land District 27 land lot 168 to Rose Ansley in a joint tenant division.

• Doris Bailey deeded property at 705 Douglas Drive, Americus to Stephen H. Bailey, Debra B. Nash and Kathy D. Hardester as a gift.

• John B. Edgemon sold 83.858 acres in Sumter County to Matthew F. and Robin R. Chandler-Morgan for $273,365.
