Amarillis Cermeno, 54, was deemed incompetent to stand trial and was held for mental health evaluation during her arraignment on Friday in Haverhill District Court on charges she swapped a Baby Jesus statue in the Nativity scene in front of Sacred Hearts Church with the severed head of a pig.
