Muskogee, Oklahoma police released a body cam video Friday morning showing Officer Chansey McMillin fatally shooting 21-year-old Terence D. Walker outside a wedding Saturday afternoon. The church’s pastor told police that Walker was on his way to the church to shoot Walker’s ex-girlfriend and other attendees at a wedding.
