Story on Furlow Charter School contained an error

In a story appearing on the front page of the Jan. 30 edition of the Times-Recorder, there is an error.
A quote by Liz Kuipers said they are attempting to destroy Southland Academy. The quote should read that they are not attempting to destroy Southland Academy in any way.
The Times-Recorder regrets the error.
