ATLANTA (AP) — Georgia Tech guard Chris Bolden has been suspended for the remainder of the regular season and one game in the Atlantic Coast Conference tournament.

The suspension was announced on Thursday by coach Brian Gregory. The school said Bolden violated the athletic association’s student-athlete conduct policy but provided no details of the violation.

Bolden, a junior who averages 6.9 points per game, also was held out of the Yellow Jackets’ win over Clemson on Monday night. Including the Clemson game, the suspension covers six games.

Bolden has started in 11 of Georgia Tech’s 26 games. The Yellow Jackets play at North Carolina on Saturday.
