Shipp Chapel Missionary Baptist Church Choir

The 47th Choir Anniversary is celebrated at 3 p.m. Sunday. The public and all surrounding churches and groups are invited.

Bethesda Missionary Baptist Church

A Women’s Conference is from 9 a.m.-12:30 p.m. March 21 and opens with a Prayer Breakfast at 9 a.m. followed by seminars on Managing Your Health, Social Media, Financial Budgeting and Family Domestic Violence. The Conference closes with intercessory prayer followed by lunch. All women are invited.

Family and Friends Day is celebrated at 10 a.m. March 29. Everyone is invited.

New Corinth Baptist Church

Men of Integrity Movement (Real radical men dealing with real life issues) kicks off at 5 p.m. April 18 at the church at 121 Habitat St. Open to men ages 17 and older who want to see a positive change in their community and begin living a better life. The celebration culminates at 10:45 a.m. April 19 with service by Apostle Charles Carr. Dinner will be served. Colors are red and black.

Mitchell Grove Baptist Church

The Pastor’s Anniversary celebration continues at 7 p.m. today featuring Shipp Chapel Baptist Church and its pastor, and Greater New Lebanon, Bethlehem, St. Paul A.M.E. and Jerusalem Grove.

The celebration culminates at 3 p.m. Sunday with Bishop James Lundy of Tabernacle of Faith bringing the message, along with New Life Holiness Church. Everyone is invited. Dinner will be served.
