A snowball fight between kids eventually led to a man’s arrest in Lockport, New York, on Friday.

Muhammed A. Johnson, 25, was charged with resisting arrest and third-degree obstruction of governmental administration after police say he disrupted their investigation into a snowball fight.

Officers responded to a report of a snowball fight among children that escalated into the real thing after a girl was hit in the face and started to fight a few of the boys.

Johnson came to the scene and, according to a police report, was disruptive to the investigation — so disruptive an officer put him under arrest. Johnson did not comply and continued to be disruptive until the officer displayed a Taser, after which Johnson was arrested without further incident, a police report said.

Johnson was due Monday in city court.
