Jaxon Tune, 9, is transferred to an ambulance after he was rescued from a water well he fell down Saturday afternoon. The 9-year-old was taken to Palo Pinto General Hospital, then flown to Cooks Children’s Medical Center in Fort Worth, where he underwent surgery for a severe internal head injury, according to a family friend.
