List of Suspects and Charges in Ohio Bust

The Ashtabula County, Ohio grand jury issued secret felony indictments against the following people:

• Marquel J. McDuffy, age unknown, of Cleveland, Ohio on nine counts of trafficking in heroin and one count of possession of heroin.

• Tanisha L. Ford, 22, of Ashtabula, Ohio on one count of trafficking in heroin, one count of possession of heroin and one count of possessing criminal tools.

• Dominic Hoytl Cunningham, 26, of Cleveland, Ohio on six counts of trafficking in heroin.

• Justin A. Jelks, 27, of Cleveland, Ohio on one count of trafficking in heroin.

• Shante Baker, 24, of Ashtabula, Ohio on four counts of trafficking in cocaine; two counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs; possession of heroin, and possessing criminal tools.

• Alvin D. Lewis Jr., 26, of Ashtabula, Ohio on two counts of trafficking in cocaine, and five counts on trafficking in heroin.

• Cortez L. Lewis, 24, of Ashtabula, Ohio on five counts of trafficking in cocaine and two counts of trafficking in heroin.

• Quamie Willis, 21, of Cleveland, Ohio one count of aggravated trafficking in drugs; one count of trafficking in cocaine; on court aggravated possession of drugs (oxycodone) and one count of possession of cocaine.

• Brent Lacy, 58, of Ashtabula, Ohio one count of trafficking in heroin, and two counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs (oxycodone).

• Shaun Baker, 48, of Ashtabula, Ohio on four counts of trafficking cocaine.

• Deshon L. Holley, 29, of Ashtabula, Ohio on two counts of trafficking in heroin, and one count of trafficking in cocaine.

• Matthew A. Rufo, 29, of Andover, Ohio one count of trafficking in heroin.

• Shakinah P. Mathers, 38, of Ashtabula, Ohio on four counts of trafficking cocaine, and one count of trafficking in heroin.

• Lacebian Dashun Crockett-Hayway, 42, of Ashtabula, Ohio on three counts of trafficking in heroin.

• Michael Shane Brenneman, 27, of Ashtabula, Ohio one count of trafficking in heroin. Forfeiture specification: 2004 Ford F250 pickup.

• Rebecka J. Hezebicks, 29, of Geneva, Ohio on four counts on trafficking in heroin, and two counts of trafficking in controlled substance (meth).

• Jerome Noble, 29, of Painesville, Ohio on one count of trafficking in heroin.

• Jeramy V. Baker, 26, of Ashtabula, Ohio one count of trafficking in cocaine.

• Kimberly R. Kessler, 34, of Geneva, Ohio on one count of trafficking in cocaine.

• Kenneth J. Curry, 33, of Ashtabula, Ohio seven counts of trafficking in heroin.

• James Brown, age and address unknown, on four counts of trafficking in heroin, and one count of endangering children.

• Harold E. Ward, 45, of Ashtabula, Ohio on two counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs (oxycodone).

51, of Ashtabula, Ohio three counts of trafficking in cocaine.

• Brendan Noble, age unknown, of Ashtabula, Ohio on three counts of trafficking in heroin.

• Darnell J. McMorris, 37, of Ashtabula, Ohio on one count of trafficking in cocaine.

• Byron L. Hood, 48, of Ashtabula, Ohio on one count of trafficking in heroin.

At time of publication, police still held active warrants on Mathers, Lewis, McDuffy, Crockett-Hayway, Cunningham, Kessler and Ford.

Noble, Rufo, Willis are currently in prison, serving time for other crimes.

The others were arraigned Friday in the courtroom of Ashtabula County, Ohio Common Pleas Judge Gary Yost.
