The city of Chicago has been put on alert after authorities warned residents in the Fuller Park area of robbers using a fake road block to force victims out of their cars. According to abc7chicago.com, thieves are using a construction barrel to block lanes in a construction zone. When drivers got out to move the barrel, police said they were beaten and robbed by three or four male suspects.
