The Madison County, Ind., Prosecutor’s Office has filed charges against Geraldine Jones of Gary, Ind., in connection with the slaying and kidnapping of 23-year-old missing mother, Samantha Fleming. Fleming was found dead Friday afternoon. Her 3-week-old daughter, Serenity, is safe.
