AMERICUS — The Georgia Bureau of Investigation’s Region 3 Americus Office has released the names of the victims of the two shooting incidents in Americus.

The bodies found at 1130 N. Jackson St. were discovered by a relative of one of the decedents when the decedent’s employer contacted the relative after the decedent failed to show up for work. They are identified as Corey Willis, 36, and Quanesha Lashon Brown, 24.

Later this morning, another body was discovered at 214-B E. Lester St. That victim was identified as Tonya Annette Ross, 44.

Investigators are working to determine if the two cases are related.
