AMERICUS — The following food service inspections were conducted recently by Sumter County Environmental Health.
• American Legion Post 558, 116 Ga. Highway 40 West, Americus — Aug. 6 — 90 A
— Observed no documentation for Certified Food Safety Manager (CFSM). Mr. Harris states that they have someone for CFSM for facility. He will bring copy to Health Department and original will be posted at facility. Correct by 8-13-2015.
— Observed no inspection sheet posted. Corrective action: Inspection sheet will be posted. Corrected On-Site.
— Observed no stoppers to close drain for three-compartment sink. Corrective action: Need to get stoppers for sinks by 8-13-15.
— Observed handles missing on three-compartment sink to turn on cold (2) and hot (1). Also water is leaking and needs repair. Correct by 8-13-15.
— Remarks : Ambient air refrigerator 1: 30 degree F., refrigerator 2: 32 degrees F.
