• Brittany N. Ingram, 23, of 307 McCoy St., Americus is charged with restraint of dogs and prohibition against nuisances, cruelty to animals, and inoculation/registration/tagging of animals.
• Edmond L. Jones, 28, of 118 Laurel Circle, Americus is charged with DUI, and was released on bond.
• Four juveniles were charged with criminal trespass at Lexington Apartments, 1130 Felder St.
• A juvenile was charged with simple battery on Ridge Street.
