AMERICUS — The public is invited to attend a forum hosted by the City of Americus to meet the candidates for police chief. Citizens will be able to hear from each candidate and also ask questions in an open meeting format. The forum will be held from 6-7 p.m. Nov. 30 at the City of Americus Public Safety Building in the Council Chambers, located at 119 S. Lee St.
