ALBANY — Mrs. Patsy Miller Smith, 89, of Albany died Tuesday Jan. 5, 2016, at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital.
The graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday,  Jan. 9, 2015, at Lebanon Cemetery in Plains with interment to follow.
Mrs. Smith was born on Oct.  25, 1926, in Fort Worth, Texas. She was previously employed with Walmart for over 21 years. She enjoyed watching the Atlanta Braves, eating at Ryan’s Steak House and loved working in her daylilies.
She is survived by her children, Jacky Smith (Carol) of Richland; Tami Smith (Charlene Ricard), Americus; grandchildren, Heather R. Harmon, Lesley Marie Smith, Andrew Jackson Smith, Kevin L. Smith (Susan), Jessica S. Brown (Chad), Tiffany McPherson (Josh) and Tami R. Smith; great-grandchildren, Chad Harmon, Trey Harmon, Branden Harmon, Hannah Smith, Bailey Smith, Piper Grace Brown and Colton McPherson.
Mrs. Smith was preceded in death by her husband, Ambrose “Jack” Smith on March 18, 1994, and a son, Randy Lee Rials.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. on Friday at Kimbrell-Stern Funeral Home.
Flowers will be accepted but for those desiring; memorials may be made to the Palmyra Road United Methodist Church, 1600 Palmyra Road, Albany GA 31701 or the Macedonia Baptist Church, 5716 Macedonia Church Road, Preston GA 31824.
