Mary Hurly, RAI, (Resident Assessment Instrument) Care Plan coordinator for Lillian Carter Health & Rehabilitation in Plains, has been recognized as Center Associate of the Year. Hurley began her career as a certified nursing assistant 22 years ago before becoming a nurse in 2004. She assists with orientation for new nurses at Lillian Carter and is considered the voice of unity. She has a genuine enthusiasm and a sincere interest in the senior population. She is described as a peacemaker, dependable, committed, and willing to do whatever is needed.
