Celebrity chef Paula Deen, at right, talks with President Jimmy Carter and his wife Rosalynn at the Painting, Paula and a President event in Plains last weekend. This was a fundraiser for the Plains Better Hometown program and was hosted by Friends of the Jimmy Carter National Historic Site.
