United Holiness Church
Pastor Appreciation Services for Bishop Arthur J. Fulton are at 7:30 p.m. Feb. 24-26, 6 p.m. Feb. 27 and 3 p.m. Feb. 28. Everyone is welcome.

Restoration Church of Americus
The 2016 Men’s Conference, “Man in the Mirror,” is Feb. 19-21. At 7 p.m. Feb. 19,  Bishop Scott Murphy of Thomasville is featured speaker. On Feb. 20, men’s workshops are from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. At 7 p.m. Feb. 20, “Father & Son Tag Team” is held with
Pastor George F. Edge and Elder Caleb R. Edge. On Feb. 21 Pastor James E. Gray of Atlanta brings the sermon.

Campbell Chapel A.M.E. Church
The Young People’s Department celebrates Black History and Founders’ Day at 11 a.m. Feb. 21. Everyone is encouraged to dress down or wear African attire.

Perry Grove Baptist Church
Women and Men’s Night is observed at 7 p.m. Feb. 29-March 1. Monday is Men’s Night with the Rev. Larry Sims of Union Tabernacle Baptist Church; Tuesday is Women’s Night with Evangelist Dorothy Batts of Perry Grove Baptist Church speaking. The celebration culminates at 11 a.m. March 6 with the Rev. David Hamm bringing the sermon. Everyone is invited.

Greater Cedar Springs Missionary Baptist Church
The pastor’s, the Rev. A.D. Brown, ninth pastoral anniversary is celebrated at 11 a.m. March 6. At 2:30 p.m. the Rev. Donovan Coley of Columbus brings the message. All are welcome.

Friendship Missionary Baptist Church
All participants of the Americus Sumter County Civil Rights Movement are invited to a Black History program at 6 p.m. Feb. 17 to honor those who sacrificed their lives for equal rights for everyone. For information call Ti’Erra Snead-Floyd  222-815-9138.

New Jerusalem Baptist Church
The annual Youth Revival is at 7 p.m. Feb. 16-18 with Pastor Justin Johnson of Sylvester bringing the message. The revival culminates at 11 a.m. Feb. 21 with the church’s Elect Lady Stacey Kelly bringing the sermon. Everyone is welcome.

Andersonville
St. Paul A.M.E. Church
Everyone is invited to the 30th choir anniversary at 3 p.m. March 13. Choirs are asked to render an A and B selection. Refreshments will be served.

Smithville
New Hope A.M.E. Church
The annual Family, Friends and Guests Day is celebrated at 11 a.m. March 20 with the Rev. Willie C. Kleckly of Montezuma bringing the message. Dinner will be served and everyone is invited.
