SAVANNAH — At its Annual Conference in Savannah on March 4, the Conditioned Air Association of Georgia (CAAG) elected Kevin Reeves, president of Parker’s Heating and Air Conditioning Inc. in Americus, as president of the statewide group.

Reeves is the third individual from Parker’s to serve as president of CAAG. The founder of Parker’s, Roy Parker III, served as president of CAAG in 1988, and Wes Wheeler served in the same capacity in 1999. In his acceptance speech on Friday night, Reeves was quoted as being “humbled and honored” to serve as president of the organization for the upcoming year.
As president of this statewide, nonprofit, professional trade association, Reeves will have a great deal of influence and input into many issues that affect the licensing of all HVAC or “conditioned air” contractors in the state and on local, state, and national building codes that affect in-door air quality for all home and business owners.
The Conditioned Air Association of Georgia (CAAG) is a state-wide, non profit trade association which represents heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration contractors (HVACR) who work on residential, commercial and industrial construction projects.
CAAG has over 500 company members in 23 local chapters around the state. The membership is composed of a great diversity in sizes of member firms from the very large mechanical contractors to the very small family owned businesses. Regardless of the size, CAAG represents the professionals in the industry who have a genuine interest in improving the industry for both the customer and the contractor.
CAAG’s goal is to promote quality and professionalism in the HVACR industry in the state of Georgia and the demonstration of a genuine concern for the satisfaction of our customers by providing quality service.
