LESLIE — Funeral services for Jase Eric Davenport, age 3, will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 13, 2016, at the Leslie City Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, April 12 at Hughes & Wright Funeral Home. Jase passed away Saturday, April 9, 2016, at the Children’s Medical Center in Macon.
Jase was born Jan. 17, 2013, in Cordele, Ga. He was all boy. He loved country music, tractors, riding his bike and playing with trucks. Most of all, he loved pretending to be a cop, always wearing his guns and hat. He was truly loved by his family.
Jase was son of the Michael Eric Davenport, Cordele  and Ashley Nicole Holman Davenport, Leslie and has a brother Nathan Varnum, Leslie, Ga.
Grandparents and great-grandparents John and Tina Sapp of Vienna, Miriam Bass Williams of Leslie, Robert Stanley Holman Jr. of Donalsonville, Joanne Jones of Talbotton, Jimmy and Jerrie Watson of Vienna, Mark and Angie Davenport of Powder Springs, Beth Ferguson Usry of Leslie and several aunts and uncles.
