The Sumter County Board of Education will hold a called meeting at 5 p.m. today, May 23,  in the SCS Administration Building, 100 Learning Lane, Americus. The purpose of the meeting is to go into executive session to discuss personnel matters.  At 5:30 p.m. the Board will have a retreat for whole board training. Both and open to the public.
