MILLEDGEVILLE — Steve Dorman, president of Georgia College, has awarded degrees to the graduating class of spring 2016. Among those receiving their degrees are  Nikki Byrom from Oglethorpe with a degree in English; and Stephanie Riddle from Americus with a degree in family nurse practitioner.
