AMERICUS — Mrs. Willene Waller Malone died Sunday, May 29, 2016, at Magnolia Manor in Americus, Ga. Mrs. Malone was preceded in death by her husband, Mr. John Bob Malone Jr. She was a member of the First Baptist Church Leesburg, Ga., a member of The Order of The Eastern Star, and a wonderful homemaker, wife and mother.
A graveside service will be held in honor of Mrs. Malone at 10 a.m. on Saturday, June 4, 2016, at Leesburg Cemetery. The Rev. Jeffery Brannon will be officiating.
Mrs. Malone is survived by her three children, Hazel (Harold) Hollomon of Americus, Ga., Brenda (Wayne) Wise of Fort Mill, S.C., and John Bob (Kay) Malone III of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; eight grandchildren: Dana (Robbie) Morton, Donnie Johnson, Gene (Wendy) Hollomon, Billy (Cindy) Hollomon, Cliff Hollomon, Heather (Brian) Wheeler, Holli (Dan) Pinski, John Bob (Jay) Malone IV; 12 great-grandchildren: Logan, Kaitlyn, Ross, Eric, Preston, Matthew, Caroline, Hannah, Marlee, Jenna, Kendall, and Chance, and one great-great-grandchild, Aubree, and a special friend, the late Frank Faircloth.
