• Firefighters responded to a traffic accident at McLittle Bridge and Renecker roads.
• Firefighters responded to a traffic accident at Ga. Highways 30 and 153.
• Firefighters responded to Ga. Highway 49 South and Albany Dawson Road Annex where they removed a tree from the roadway.
• Firefighters responded to North Spring Creek Circle to extinguish a small grass fire.
• Firefighters gave a presentation to a local Boy Scout troop.

• Maurice Abbott, 56, of Griffin is charged with felony failure to appear in court for a finger printable charge, and was jailed.
• Sonia Aviles, 36, of 286 Cartwright Road, Americus is charged with DUI and open container, and was jailed.
• Christopher J. Bowens, 22, of 216-A Horton Drive, Americus is charged with probation violation, and was jailed.
• Gary M. Buck, 35, of 818 Old Andersonville Road, Andersonville is charged with felony first-degree burglary and possession of firearm by convicted felon, and was jailed.
• Eric L. Carter, 26, of 1315 Second Montgomery St., Americus is charged with probation violation, and was jailed.
• Fred D. Carter, 41, of 1306 Lafayette St., Americus is charged with driving while license is suspended or revoked, and was released on bond.
• Michael A. Carter, 19, of 109 Melody Lane, Americus is charged with obstruction of law enforcement officer, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, and possession of a drug related object and was jailed.
• Louis K. Chambliss, 55, of 1130 N. Jackson St., Americus is charged with violating the terms of Drug Court, and was jailed.
• Corsica S. Clark, 23, of 105 Bessie Mays Circle, Americus is charged with driving while license is suspended or revoked and speeding, and was jailed.
• Brian J. Daigle, 29, of 244 McMath Mill Road, Americus is charged with disorderly conduct, and was released on time served. He was arrested again for violating the terms of Drug Court, and was jailed.
• Courtney N. Deriso, 25, of Bonaire is charged with misdemeanor failure to appear in court for finger printable offense, and was released on bond.
