Southland Academy held its homecoming game Sept. 16 against the Holy Cross Cougars. Senior Sydney Copeland was crowned the homecoming queen during the homecoming court presentation at half time. After the victorious football game, everyone enjoyed the dance in the Melvin T. Kinlow Gymnatorium.
