At half-time of the home football game between the Raiders and the Knights, the Southland Academy Raider family displayed their compassion and support to the Sullivan family and their  friends at Deerfield-Windsor School. Southland students gathered in the center of the field to release balloons in honor of Lilia and Saville Sullivan. Lilia, a junior at DWS, and her sister Saville, a sophomore at the University of Alabama, have both undergone brain surgeries and are currently having treatments. The Southland student body along with people in the community proudly wear bracelets and have collected a love offering for the Sullivans.
