Georgia Speaker of the House David Ralston, R-Blue Ridge, visited the Southland Academy campus Oct. 25. Ralston, and House District 138 Rep. Mike Cheokas, R-Americus, were welcomed to Southland by the Raider senior cheerleaders and Headmaster Ty Kinslow. A guided tour of the Southland campus was provided to the guests Kinslow. The Speaker also met with and conducted a question and answer session with Southland students and faculty following the tour.
