• Tyrone E. Angry, 42, of 120-A Forrest Park Road, Americus is charged with theft by shoplifting and felony theft by taking (motor vehicle), and was jailed.
• Joe Brister, 57, of 102 Oakridge Drive, Americus is charged with felony failure to appear to appear in court for a finger printable charge, and was jailed.
• Lorenzo Harvey, 39, of Cordele is charged with failure to appear in court, and was released after his fine was paid.
• Dontavious M. Hoston, 27, of 701 Davenport St., Americus is charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute and sale of marijuana, and was jailed.
• Tanika S. Jackson, 34, of 1018 Simmons Drive, Americus was arrested on a bench warrant, and was released to the APD.
• Raymond McCray, 19, of 212 Poplar St., Americus is charged with manufacture/possession etc. of controlled or counterfeit substance, or marijuana, near park/housing project, sale of marijuana, and misdemeanor possession of marijuana, and obstruction of law enforcement officer, and was jailed.

• Joshua Buckner, 22, of 800 Georgia Southwestern State University, Americus is charged with passing in a no-passing zone and DUI, and was released on bond.
• Dontavious T. Butler, 19, of 138 Jenkins Road, Americus is charged with driving while license is suspended or revoked.
• Jose M. Cortez, 20, of Cordele is charged with driving while unlicensed, and was released on bond.
• Keith L. Devane, 52, of 516 Tallent Store Road, Americus is charged with criminal trespass, and was jailed.
• Tracy M. Driver, 26, of 317 Bob Hale Road, Plains is charged with false statements or writings, conceal facts or fraudulent documents in matter of government, and was jailed.
• Timothy R. Faircloth, 57, of 128 Hooks Mill Road, Americus is charged with two counts of terroristic acts, simple assault on a peace officer, misdemeanor battery (Family Violence Act), first-degree criminal damage to property, obstruction of law enforcement officer, and criminal interference with government property, and was jailed.

• Gonzalo O. Gomez, 37, of 186 Jones Mill Road, Americus is charged with expired tag/registration and driving while unlicensed.
• Bobby E. Green, 57, of 21 E. Jefferson St., Americus is charged with misdemeanor failure to appear in court for a finger printable charge, and was released on bond.
• Labresha S. Harris, 24, of 131-B Green Duck Road, Leslie is charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug-related objects, and misdemeanor obstruction of law enforcement officers, and was jailed.
• Danny Hartage, 53, of 113 McMath Mill Road, Americus is charged with DUI, driving while license is suspended or revoked, defective lights or no lights, fleeing or attempting to elude officers and failure to open traffic signal or light, and was jailed.
• Walter J. Hawkins, 22, of 2213 U.S. Highway 280 East, Leslie is charged with misdemeanor failure to appear in court for a finger printable charge. The warrant was dismissed and he was released.
