• Nicholas R. Westbury, 34, of 244 McMath Mill Road, Americus is charged with possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, and expired or no driver’s license, and was jailed.
• Marquis E. Williams, 22, of Lithonia is charged with DUI, and was jailed.
