• Firefighters responded to an alarm on Post Way. There was no smoke or fire visible, but noticed a “burnt odor” outside. They went inside and found the oven was self-cleaning.
• Firefighters responded to a traffic accident at North Lee and College streets.
• Firefighters responded to Broadhurst Street where they assisted an invalid.
• Firefighters responded to a report of a smoke smell on Murphy Mill Road. No hazards were found.
• Firefighters responded to a traffic accident on Dixon Drive.

• Firefighters responded to an alarm on Adderton Street. No hazards were found.
• Firefighters responded to Judy Lane to a report of a smoke smell inside the structure. The homeowner told them the lamp plugged into an outlet was smoking so she disconnected it. They cut the breaker and advised her to contact an electrician before returning power to the outlet.
• Firefighters responded to Hancock Drive to an unknown complaint. Upon arrival, they were told that the husband, who suffers from dementia, dialed 911, but there was no emergency.
• Firefighters responded to a traffic accident at Roney Street and Harvey Lane.
