Alwen Yeung, Cole Parkinson’s mom, visited Rebecca  Brewer’s second-grade class at Furlow Charter School during the Chinese New YearCelebration. She shared various Chinese New Year traditions. Each child made Chinese dumplings, learned how to write Chinese characters, and experimented with chopsticks. The scholars had a blast, and Cole was especially proud to share his family tradition.
