AMERICUS
Night of Worship
New Height Ministries presents “an amazing night of worship” from 7-8 p.m. April 6 at the GSW Storm Dome, 800 Georgia Southwestern State University Drive.

Antioch Missionary Baptist Church
The first anniversary of  Pastor Ricky and first lady Veronda Cladd is at 11 a.m. April 2 with Pastor William Laster and Ebenezer Baptist Church of Ellaville in charge.  Anniversary services are at 2 p.m. with Pastor George F. Edge and Restoration Church of Americus. Dinner will be served immediately following the 2 p.m. service.

A Womens Conference, “Iron Sharpens Iron,” is set for 7 p.m. April 6-8 at 311 Reese St., hosted by Butterflies in Flight Mentoring Program Inc. Christians On a Mission Deliverance Center
Pastor Helen Mercer’s 18th anniversary celebration culminates at 9:45 a.m. Sunday with Dr.Timothy Miller from Camilla. Everyone is invited.

New St. Paul Baptist Church
Youth Revival is at 7 p.m. March 28-30. Pastor Actavious Q. Bryant of Albany is  guest speaker for the week. The Youth Day Anniversary is celebrated April 2. Sunday school starts at 10 a.m.

Americus Pentecostal Church of the Apolistic Faith
The annual youth revival is March 30-31. Friday’s guest speaker is Elder Kenny Guy of Sycamore, and Saturday’s guest speaker is Elder Marcus Wesby of Cordele. Everyone is welcome.

Big Bethel Missionary Baptist Church
The Sanctuary Choir sponsors a Fellowship Tea at 4 p.m. today, March 25. Members of our the community along with friends, loved ones and family are invited.

Butterflies In Flight Mentoring Program Inc.

Beginning May 6, there is a bible based mentoring program, teaching life skills for girls ages 11-14, continiuing every Saturday from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. To enroll call Carol Seay at 229-815-0673.

The annual Family Night celebration is at 7 p.m. March 28-30. On Tuesday, the Rev. Hosie Waters of Lebanon, Magnolia and Green Grove Baptist churches is speaker;  Wednesday is Pastor Derienzia Johnson of Bethesda Missionary Baptist Church; and Thursday is Pastor Tremaine Alford of Mount Pilgrim Missionary Baptist Church. Mount Zion Webster Missionary Baptist Church
A Mission Fellowship Service is Sunday.  Sunday school begins at 10 a.m., followed by worship at 11. The pastor, the Rev. A. Starling brings the message. Numerous churches have been invited. The public is also invited.
