The National Weather Service has issued a flood warning for Sumter County until 8:15 p.m. Wednesday. Radar indicates thunderstorms producing heavy rain which will result in flooding. Already between 3 and 5 inches has fallen and another 1 to 2 inches is possible. Do not drive through water over the roadway! Turn around!
