Drive Sober 2017 Tour

Members of Georgia State Patrol Post 10 Americus were in attendance June 29 at the Albany leg of the Drive Sober 2017 Tour, a media event hosted by Albany Police Department.This tour is used to help get the message out to those driving during the Independence Day holiday period to slow down, drive rested, don’t drive while distracted, and drive sober. Speaking were Col. Mark McDonough – Commissioner, Ga. Department of Public Safety, Harris Blackwood – Director, Governor’s Office of Highway Safety, and Colleen Sheehey-Church – President, Mothers Against Drunk Driving From left are Col.
