— Annual gas fired equipment inspection conducted 6-13-16. It is required annually. Needs new inspection.
— Bathroom vent fan was unplugged from the ceiling and wouldn’t turn on. Corrected on site.
— Window cracked in room 142.
• Magnolia Manor, 2001 S. Lee St., Americus — July 24 — 95 A
— Observed cake cooling in walk-in freezer that was not protected with a light cover. Person in charge covered cake.
—  Observed no choking poster posted. Person in charge will obtain and post.
• McDonald’s, 1310 E. Lamar St., Americus — July 3 — 96 A
— Observed ready to eat food not covered to protect from potential contamination. Person in charge instructed to place a light cover over food from cooling time and during holding.
• Wendy’s — South Ga. Burgers LLC, 1202 Crawford St., Americus — July 10 — 94 A
— Observed documentation of variance approval by Georgia Department of Public Health not on file at the establishment. Person in charge will obtain from Health Authority.
— Observed prior inspection report top one-third not displayed in drive thru window. Person in charge to post new inspection report.
— Observed garbage dumpster lids damaged and not tight fitting. Person in charge sent in a repair order to garbage service provider.
