Southland Academy recently celebrated Homecoming Week 2017. Some of the activities included dressing up in a different suggested theme each day, having a unique pep rally on Thursday evening following the motorcade through Americus, and ending the week on Friday night under the lights. The Raiders were victorious over their Homecoming opponent Tiftarea. During the game’s halftime, the Homecoming Queen and her court were announced. Friday evening culminated with the Homecoming Dance in the school’s gymnatorium. Shown are the Homecoming Queen and her court.
