This 1850s-era house,  located on North Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard in Americus, was scheduled to be moved to Lee County on Monday morning, but the move was rescheduled until 9 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 19. The delay was due to the necessity of removal of a crape myrtle tree.
