Matt Johnson, at right, with Wolf Creek Plantation, is shown presenting a check in the amount of $1,094 to the Smarr Smith Foundation. President of the Foundation Jimmy Whaley, at left, is receiving the check. Johnson helped to raise these funds for the Foundation with his first Fun Run at the Plantation. He said his inaugural event had a total of 58 runners from across Southwest Georgia join up at Wolf Creek Plantation and run a cross-country style event through tracks that he and his staff members prepared.
