PSMC announces 2018 Green Fork Cooking Winner

AMERICUS — Phoebe Sumter Medical Center held its second annual Green Fork Cooking Contest on March 19. Shantae Calloway, who works in Food and Nutrition, took home the gold with her winning dish, a shrimp avocado salad.
The Green Fork Cooking Contest is held in March to celebrate National Nutrition Month. Phoebe Sumter employees are challenged to make their favorite healthy dish with the main ingredient being the color green.
