AMERICUS — The annual National Day of Prayer Service is planned for noon, Thursday, May 3, at the Russell Thomas Jr. Public Safety Building, downtown.
The theme is “Unity, Pray for America.” David Snell, director of Fuller Center for Housing, is the featured speaker.
The annual event is sponsored by the Sumter Area Ministerial Association, and is open to the public.
